Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important: Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to: Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders, monogrammed items)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
